Acquisition and Collection of User Data
Sinbad collects User data for the purpose of processing User transactions, managing and expediting the use of the Sinbad Application, and other purposes as allowed by applicable laws and regulations. The User data collected includes:
Data submitted voluntarily by Users, including but not limited to data provided when Users:
- When creating or updating a Sinbad Application account, including full name, email address, phone number, password, address, photo, and more.
- When using services within the Application, including transaction details, types, quantities, and/or descriptions of purchased products, shipping address, payment channels used, transaction amounts, transaction date and time, and other transaction details.
- When providing payment data during payment transactions through the Application, including but not limited to bank account data, credit card information, virtual accounts, instant payments, internet banking, retail outlets, and more.
- When contacting Sinbad, including through customer service.
- When using features that require device access permissions.
Data recorded when Users use the Application, including but not limited to:
- Real or approximate location data, such as IP address, Wi-Fi location, geographic location, and more.
- Timing data for each User activity, including registration activities, login, transactions, and more.
- User preferences or usage data, including User interactions with the application, saved options, selected settings, obtained using trackers on action buttons, pixel tags, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers.
- Device data, including the type of device used to access the application, hardware model, operating system and version, software, file names and versions, language preferences, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device movement information, and/or cellular network information.
- Log data, including records on servers that receive data such as the device's IP address, date and time of access, features or application pages viewed, application operations and other system activities, browser type, and/or third-party applications or services you use before interacting with the application.
Data Obtained from Other Sources:
- Business partners of Sinbad who assist Sinbad in developing and providing services within the application to Users, including payment service providers, logistics or courier partners, application infrastructure, and other partners.
- Business partners of Sinbad where Users create or access Sinbad accounts, such as applications that use Sinbad's API or are used by Sinbad.
- Publicly available sources.
Sinbad may combine data obtained from these sources with other data it possesses.
Use of Data
Sinbad may use all or part of the data obtained and collected from Users as mentioned earlier for the following purposes:
- Processing all types of requests, activities, or transactions conducted by Users through the application, including delivering products to Users.
- Providing features to deliver, maintain, and improve our products and services, including:
- Offering, acquiring, providing, or facilitating marketplace services through the application.
- Conducting internal activities necessary to provide services in the Sinbad Application, such as solving software issues, bugs, operational issues, conducting data analysis, testing, and research, as well as monitoring and analyzing usage trends and activities.
- Assisting Users when communicating with Sinbad Customer Service, including:
- Checking and resolving User issues.
- Directing User questions to appropriate Customer Service personnel to resolve issues.
- Monitoring and improving Sinbad's Customer Service response.
- Contacting Users via email, mail, phone, and other means, including but not limited to assisting and/or completing transaction or issue resolution processes.
- Using information obtained from Users for research, analysis, product development, and testing to improve the security and safety of services in the application and develop new features and products.
- Informing Users about products, promotions, studies, surveys, news, updates, and more, both through the application and through other media. Sinbad may also use this information to display relevant advertisements and content about Sinbad services and its business partners.
- In certain circumstances, Sinbad may need to use or disclose User data for law enforcement purposes or to comply with applicable legal obligations and regulations, including in the event of disputes or legal processes between Users and Sinbad.
Security of User's Personal Data
Sinbad ensures that no sale, transfer, distribution, or lending of your personal data to third parties will occur without your permission, except in the following cases:
- Disclosure of User data to partners or third parties who assist Sinbad in providing services in the Application and processing User activities in the application, including transaction processing, payment verification, product delivery, and more.
- Sinbad may provide relevant information to business partners in accordance with User agreements to use business partner services, including other applications that have integrated Sinbad's API or business partners who have collaborated with Sinbad to provide promotions or specific services.
- There is a need for communication between Sinbad business partners (such as logistics providers, payment providers, etc.) and Users in terms of issue resolution and other matters.
- Sinbad may provide relevant information to vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research firms, or similar service providers.
- Sinbad discloses User data in an effort to comply with legal obligations and/or valid requests from law enforcement authorities.
User Choices and Transparency
- Users can access and change password information through the application's Settings feature.
- Users can opt out of information or notifications in the form of newsletters or personal messages from the Admin sent by Sinbad through the Setting feature in the application.
To the extent allowed by applicable regulations, Users may contact Sinbad to withdraw their consent for the acquisition, collection, storage, management, and use of User data. If this occurs, Users understand the consequences that they may not be able to use the application or other Sinbad services.
Storage and Deletion of Information
Sinbad will store information as long as the User's account remains active and may perform deletions in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
We will cease storing your data or delete the means by which data can be associated with you as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such storage no longer serves the purpose of collecting personal data and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.

Changes to User Data
In accordance with Sinbad's Terms & Conditions, Users can manage their data anytime through the application.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit in their data. Sinbad strives to maintain the accuracy of User data and will delete or modify such information upon their request.
